The collaboration\r\n fosters better understanding of student needs and challenges. Any student found indulging in ragging in any form, directly or indirectly, actively or passively, or being a part of conspiracy to promote ragging, within or outside the campus, would face strict disciplinary action by the College.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n To ensure that we provide a safe and secure environment for our students, we have established an Anti-ragging Cell as per the guidelines of UGC. Sometimes they face challenges while adapting to college life. To help our students deal with these challenges, we have hired a full-time counselor to listen to their concerns about academic, emotional, or social problems.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n The main role of the counselor is to ensure that students process their problems in a timely manner and plan appropriate goals and actions. While students are encouraged to visit the counselor by voluntary appointment, teachers may also refer students who they feel will benefit from such support.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n Our counselor also helps mediate conflicts between students and teachers. This helps address behavioral issues and allows teachers to better understand their students. The Placement Cell coordinates placement activities on campus. There is a great deal of enthusiasm among final year students when the placement season begins. Students frequently approach the cell with queries regarding companies and placement procedures, and the Placement Cell members readily assist them.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <p>\r\n In addition to ongoing employability training programs, the Placement Cell also conducts an intensive training workshop to groom students and make them industry-ready. Spread over two weeks, the workshop covers resume building, group discussions, mock interviews, current affairs, one-minute self-introductions, and soft skills training.
