Job Information:

Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and
within budget. Manage on-site operations, coordinate teams, and enforce safety
standards.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Supervise and coordinate construction team and subcontractors to ensure
  efficient workflow.
• Monitor daily site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and
  schedules.
• Ensuring all aspects of the project are executed accurately and to
  specification.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct regular site inspections,
  and address potential hazards.
• Ensure construction work meets quality standards and complies with
  building codes.
• Oversee the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress reports, and
  incident logs.
• Liaise with project managers, architects to provide updates and resolve
  issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact
  with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  simultaneously.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Fresher/ Experienced
