The Shantiniketan Education and Welfare Trust is a 37-year-old society that runs the Shantiniketan Educational Institutions. SEI comprises of schooling from nursery to STD X (ICSE & State Board), PUC, Degree and B.Ed. College.

SEI is one of the few schools that goes beyond academics as we strongly believe in providing a well-rounded education.
A group of vetted, well-trained security guards are posted throughout the campus and at the gates to ensure safety.
SEI has a fleet of well-maintained buses with trained drivers, helpers and lady attendants. When it comes to our students, we are always extra careful.
SEI serves only vegetarian food inside the campus. Both the campus houses a canteen that provides light snacks and essential stationery items as well.
SEI places great importance on the health and safety of our students.
SEI have well equipped and maintained labs for students like Audio Visual Rooms, Computer labs, Math labs, Science –Physics labs, Chemistry labs.
SEI has a full-time counselor to listen to students’ concerns about academic, emotional or social problems.
SEI Values lab is a specially designed space that is dedicated to values inculcation and character building for student.
The purpose of the Focus Group at SEI is to assist students taking their boards with their preparation and their focus.
SEI has made structured play time an integral part of our ICSE curriculum from Pre-primary to X standard. The HTP program at SEI prepares our students to be physically and mentally active, fit and healthy for life.
SEI provides an extensive after school program to complement and enhance our curriculum.

To create an awareness of India’s cultural diversity and develop national spirit, all important national festivals and special days are celebrated at SEI by holding special assemblies.

The Shantiniketan Education and Welfare Trust is a 37-year-old society that runs the Shantiniketan Educational Institutions. It was founded and nurtured by a visionary and eminent educator, the Late Dr. AB. Guptan who saw the need and established the first such educational institution in the BTM Layout region of Bangalore.
The school is affiliated to the Karnataka State Education Examination Board (KSEEB) and the CISCE Board, New Delhi and allows students to appear for the SSLC and ICSE examinations in 10th standard respectively. It has two full-fledged campuses – one at #58, Mico Layout and the other at #70, Bilekahalli.
